Siargao’s Ora Kafe Brews Up Buzz at Luxuri Manila Vintage Sale in Alabang, with Bagels and Flat Whites a Hit

Ora Kafe returned to Metro Manila over the weekend, pulling espresso shots at a vintage retail event hosted by Luxuri Manila, as shoppers packed the Commerce Center in Alabang.

The “Vintage Sale Day,” organized by the Manila-based luxury reseller, drew buyers from across Metro Manila and ran throughout the afternoon, with organizers describing turnout as strong and sustained.

The event marked the second collaboration between Ora Kafe and Luxuri Manila, blending specialty coffee, curated fashion, and lifestyle elements into a single retail experience.

Luxuri Manila owner Alelee Aguilar said such collaborations reflect a growing shift in consumer behavior.

“Collab activities are the trend these days. They make shopping a more multi-faceted experience,” Aguilar said.

Ora Kafe, a North Siargao-based café known for its espresso program and hi-fi audio concept, brought in vinyl records and Genelec speakers to complement the event, offering shoppers a vintage-inspired soundscape alongside coffee service.

The partnership underscores a broader move among niche brands to merge retail, food and beverage, and experiential elements in a bid to attract a more engaged audience.
